Soybean is well recognized for having several bioactive compounds. Black soybeans have been used in Eastern countries as a healthy food and an medicinal alternative. The identification of natural substances, such peptides, present black yellow necessary. An evaluation the contribution these molecules to positive effects human health molecular studies should be done. search aspects that may explain this difference between soybean extremely important. In order peptide-protein extract with semi-purified further characterization, grains were grounded home-use coffee grinder fat was removed by using acetone. protein extracts obtained characterized two eletrophorectic techniques (SDS-PAGE Tricine-SDS-PAGE).
